Friends, the person who is aware of rules and regulation of Indian Law Disabled person like me who does not know any law applying any grievences will suffer, before I had applied one grevence in CCPD just I had applied on a white paper and had enclosed my disability certificate and they had considered, but now CCPD is becoming very complicated and becoming far for common disabled persons.
