Friends, My previous mail could not be typed properly because of some disturbance in my Office, actually I wanted to say the person who does not know any rule or law how can apply for grevences in CCPD, and many of us we disabled persons do not know the rule and law properly, many disabled persons in Idnia do not know to operate computer also, before I had applied a grevence in CCPD just typed in a white paper and had enclosed my disability certificate and had sent by speed post and they had accepted but now CCPD is going far from disabled persons rights.
