This is a very serious issue that concerns the entire differently abled community who use the railways for travel. Even if we search online about this, then Google tells us that all premium trains give 25 percent concession on their tickets. I think that one should raise this issue so that the desired action can be taken on the same. Further more, getting a railway e consession card issued from the government itself is such a tasking process, specially when the government of different states does not have any clear procedure for issuing the railway certificates. For example, in Delhi they issue the railway card by just verifying the UDID card, while in haryana a seperate railway consession certificate is required if you want an e consession card. The point is that why do we undergo such a difficult process if we don't get the benefits of the policies of the government.
