Hi all,
I have raised concern to IRCTC by their ticket portal,
and got below response how ever i have reverted back to them with their
query with all screen shot I request all please raise 1 query to their
portal if multiple query concern will be raised so they may take action how
ever there is 1 captcha while registering complaint you can raise query by
following link https://equery.irctc.co.in/
this the response that i have received.

Please try again to book ticket for Divyangjan quota with follow given
below format of your concession card number



Persons with Disabilities(Divyangjan) card no issued through PRS counter by
Railway.



Format of concession card no is as-(Zone Code) (station code) (sequence no)



Eg.       - NRUMB0124



If you still have problem, Please send us screenshot of error message &
concession card received from Indian Railways along with mention your user
id so that we may pursue the matter.
