In my oppinion, if we're seeking concessions or changes in fare policies, it might be more effective to reach out to the Railway Board (Commercial Division) or relevant authorities within the Indian Railways organization. IRCTC: As the electronic counter for booking train tickets, IRCTC's primary function is to facilitate ticket reservations, including concessional tickets, based on existing rules and policies. Railway Board (Commercial Division): This entity has the authority to formulate policies, including those related to concessions and fare structures. CRIS (Centre for Railway Information System): CRIS is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Passenger Reservation System (PRS) and other railway information systems, following the guidelines and policies set by the Railway Board.
