Hi Amiyo, I understand you're experiencing issues with your railway concession card.
>From my experience, I didn't need to visit a railway station to activate my e-card; it simply arrived ready for use. Regarding the card number, it appears you're receiving an 11-digit number when it should be 12 digits. For example, if you are in New Delhi, the first six digits would be "NRNDLS" followed by a six-digit number. Since you're only getting five digits for the latter part, you would need to add a "0" before those five numbers to complete the 12-digit sequence. I hope this helps!
