I have a query regarding this railway card actually I have made my railway card today got a call from the railway concerned officer from Bombay Central he said that because I have not upload it the concession certificate my railway application will be rejected you requires that print out to be taken and going to the concern hospital and feeling out the concession certificate that certificate should not have any cuts or any wrong mistakes etc it should be a fresh clear filled up certificate and upload it extra but I told him about the u d i d card and the circular infect I said the circular with him also but he said certificates are not made with the ud ID card and the disability it is the need to upload the concession certificate as well that's reason why that format is created and made and if it is not required why it is created and made this was his argument basically I did not are you much I said ok sir whatever you say please do the needful with whatever with the application and then let's see so what should I do how should I proceed for the can anyone help because I need to make this card so do let me know and help thank you
