The online application form asks for either udid certificate or the railway concession certificate. A friend submitted his udid certificate. But his application was also rejected with the same explanation, i.e. the railway concession certificated was not uploaded.
It seems, the web master and the commerdial authorities do not have enough coordination. Even my card does have 10 characters, first 5 letters (Rail Division consisting 2 letters and station code consisting 3 letters), (and let me make this clear that Railway stations has 2, 3, 4 letters station codes like BSL for Bhusawal, NK for Nashik, CSMT for Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj terminus Mumbai etc) and then 5 numbers.
