railway Divyangjan ID is indeed a 12-digit alphanumeric number. This number
is typically structured in three distinct sections: the first two letters
indicate the railway zone (for example, "NR" for Northern Railway), the
subsequent four letters specify the issuing station or division, and the
final six digits constitute a unique, randomly generated card number.

complete 12-digit ID for validation. If someone has successfully booked
tickets using an 11-digit ID, it might be an isolated instance, as the
standard protocol necessitates the full 12 digits.

For anyone who wishes to independently verify this information, I would
recommend checking the IRCTC website or performing a general search for
"number of digits on railway identity card for disabled persons." This
should confirm the 12-digit format.

In cases where an ID appears to be 11 digits, it is often necessary to
prepend a "0" as the seventh character, immediately after the initial six
alphanumeric characters, to complete the required 12-digit sequence.
