Thank you for responding to my query.
I also use the Rail1 app, and when I compare it with IRCTC, I find Rail1
very useful and user-friendly, especially because of its easy navigation
while booking tickets. Recently, I’ve started using Rail1 more often.
However, I’m facing a small challenge with Rail1. While booking tickets
under the general quota, we cannot use our train pass—it only works when
booking under the disability quota. On the other hand, the IRCTC app allows
us to use the train pass for both general and disability quota bookings.
This issue with Rail1 is not an accessibility problem; it seems to be
related to the app’s interface. I tried to find the official IRCTC support
team email ID to escalate this challenge, but I haven’t been able to find
the correct one yet. Do you think it’s possible to raise this concern with
the IRCTC support team as an accessibility-related improvement?

Thanks and regards
B. Srinivas
