I just wanted to quickly weigh in on this. I fully agree that you should
continue with serving the contempt notice and proceed with filing the
complaint immediately, as you planned for tomorrow. The urgency is
warranted.

I appreciate Mujtaba’s effort in filing a separate case with the CCPD,
which is a good move. However, as we know, the resolution process there can
often be slow due to the large number of pending applications. Your court
action, on the other hand, will compel a direct and timely response. Having
multiple applications across different forums, including the court, will
undoubtedly add significant weight to the issue.

Please do not stop your work on this.
