Hi Amar, I tried the app on IOS 26.2. I am on version 3.18.0.
I was unable to duplicate your login issue since I was already logged in. I wanted to order a PVC card, but the app does not support the ordering. However, from an accessibility perspective, we have a problem. There is an audio captcha which works if you have hearing. However, what about deafblind users? The app needs you to enter your aadhar number for almost everything and a captcha. I tried looking at my profile. I was asked to enter a pin. I do not know my pin but decided to try entering some random digits. No go, I was unable to do so. I can reach each digit with voiceover, but when I press said digit, I get no feedback and cannot determine if it is being entered. I then hit the "more" tab and tried to search for enrollment centers near me. I was able to enter where I live but cannot determine if anything was found. The search results are presented as images and in at least one case,, voiceover refused to read what was on the image claiming that there was personal information. Admitidally, this is a problem with voiceover,, but those search results need to be textual or at least the images should have the alt attribute populated. Pranav -- Disclaimer: 1.
