hi, as a screen reader user we can check the web address in the
address bar whether it is "HTTP" or "HTTPS" further if u are using
firefox if you shift tab from address bar you can find the identity
information I.E certified by "varisign" or some other certifier.
further in some websights we can find at the bottom "certified by ---"
where -- is the name of the certifier.
