Hi Jean, The problem is with Jaws as it changes focus or cursor position shifts to top of list, you can try doing jaws to default setting or while on windows explorer ,use insert plus v to make adjustments.

Of course I can hit the letter of the next thing and resume from there but what if there a lot of items in the list beginning with the same letter or number?
