Scholarships to girls/women with disabilities for academic purposes should be at higher rate. So should be the compensation should any woman/girl with disability be a victim of any offence ranging from sexual harassment to rape... In all such cases, monetary compensation besides all other things, must be made mandatory. Further, if rape/sexual exploitation of a woman with disability result in the birth of an offspring, government must provide for its maintenance.
