Congratulations.  Of course, you are the right woman to represent all.

I agree with Murali that all women empowerment programmes must have
disability element in their budgetary allocation.  Besides that, women
should be given preferential treatment in rural employment gurantee
schemes and should be awarded special leave for 6 months at the time
of maternity.  (Presently, only few establishments are honouring
this).  Besides, the plan should make some allocation to compensate
them if they give employment to disabled women with cresh facilities
for their children.
