Dear friends, 
As the subject says, avoid as for as possible the lenovo products for their 
service is the worst I have seen. many of you know the problem myself and other 
few faced regarding audio issue. now once more they have shown their bad faces. 
one of the key caps in my keypad got detached and came out without any hard 
handling and breakage. so I lodged a complaint in the customer care. few days 
later, the service center people told me that they did not have the keypad of 
the particular model and they would meet me after getting the new keypad from 
the company. after waiting for more than 1 month, I called again to the 
customer care center. they said that it is reported that they had serviced my 
laptop and the keypad is working fine. I later enquired in the service center 
and they said that a person named siddu has serviced my laptop. when I argued 
that nobody came to me, they said that it is a case of breakage and warranty is 
not covered for such problems and I have to get it serviced by paying. 

legal experts in the list please advice me whether I can claim it in the 
consumer court as I have handled it very carefully and not broken it. it came 
out due to I think the defect in the joining of the keys to the main unit. when 
I said the same to the service center, they said that it is impossible as the 
products get through quality check. friends, if everything is perfect, why do 
they have service centers and customer care for fault repair?
