that is true, we don't have any such thing as OTP here in Europe.
and yes Icici is having it.
but Amar, paypal is difrunt, it is like your private account.
though it is chargeing to your credit card, but not directly.

Vikas sir, you are right about the use of OTP, it applies only to
indian bankers. Even on sites like paypal which is widely used, we
don't have such additional security features.
