Hi Friends, I don't recommend doing HR through a distance mode. Mainly because: 1. No experience gained. 2. Lack of networking opportunities. 3. No internships. 4. Quality of faculty will never equal some of the top HR schools. 5. It is not difficult to get into any of the HR schools i.e. TISS, SCMHRD, Delhi School of economics. Greetings to Nuper! She is an excellent example of a successful HR professional. My daily role involves research, content development, client meetings, delivering high value projects i.e. training assessments etc.
