Hi Suman,
you are right. It is always preferable to do PG degree in HR from regular
institutes.
But, what for those people who had already got job and now they want to
enhance their qualification or change their work profile or any other
reason.
Not everyone can quit their job for the sake of regular study.

I don't recommend doing HR through a distance mode. Mainly because:
1. No experience gained.
2. Lack of networking opportunities.
3. No internships.
4. Quality of faculty will never equal some of the top HR schools.
5. It is not difficult to get into any of the HR schools i.e. TISS,
SCMHRD, Delhi School of economics.
Greetings to Nuper! She is an excellent example of a successful HR
professional.
My daily role involves research, content development, client meetings,
delivering high value projects i.e. training assessments etc.
