Amit, I agree that eyeway is doing a good job. With regards to your point about some skilled candidates, it depends on their approach to find employment. Sad but it is true that most of our friends do not follow-up. Firstly one needs to understand their abilities and decide what they would want to do in life. Most often even I get calls saying "I am a blind person, will you help me find a job". I think this kind of approach has to be changed.
