Govt /NGO bashing are the easiest things to do. All of us are responsible for
our own lives. If we have the capacity to think of ideas to drive our own lives
then go for it. I believe that every effort to promote employment opportunities
should be welcomed and supported. Every effort is contributing to the movement
forward. We live in a massive country with huge population and incredible
biases. NGOs with their limited resources can play a very limited role.

the initiatives?

True but candidate should also stay tuned to the opportunities and when he or
she feel need for awareness discussion, should insist organizations to back
them and support.

Overall, more than the organizations and portals, it is we who needs to work
for our growth and we need to make sure organizations work effectively.

Srini
