dear amith and srinivas, greetings both r well said I would like to add some thing to this conversation The job portals, education institutes and n.g.o’s which r providing training should maintain the track record of each student And they have to contact the each candidate once in a year to know about his-her current status Y I am telling because after her-his training or studies got over most of the people does not get the chance to seak the advice
