God might have a better plan for you Pallavi. I was rejected by couple
of schools at the beginning of my career. Now i am an Accessibility
Consultant in a MNC. God knows what is good for us. Let us wait for that
moment putting all our efforts.
Thanks & Regards

thank u for your wonderful response and support. i did all my efforts
by showing innumerous visually challenged achievers and also left
them, as they were not interested in taking a handicapped. However, I
have not lost my confidence and trying to find out other ways to fix
myself independently. thank u so much for giving me the confidence...

Dear pallavi,
No need to lose your heart and hope.
Consider the fact that being a visually impaired, we have to confront
such challenges in every aspect of our life. Never the less, life does
not end here and we have to enjoy facing these challenges to achieve
our consummation.
My advice would be to talk to the Principal and other concerned people
of that College saying at least: “Sir, even though you have not hired
me inspite of finding the requisite qualification and skills, however,
would like to tell you that many visually impaired teachers and
lecturers have been successfully fulfilling their responsibilities in
various Colleges and universities in India.” Also show them some
examples. It is not necessary that they would be convinced and hire
you but it is our responsibility to try and make the people aware.
Remember, that is not only a college for you, there might be some
other colleges or schools where your talent and skills would have the
best place and you would be a potential employee of that institute.
Wish you all the best.

Hello friends, i would like to share one of my worst experiences, that
i am consistently facing these days. As i have completed my education
with two master degrees, now i am engaged with free lancing
journalist. But, i have a strong aspiration to establish myself with
full time job. Consequently, i posted my resume in many colleges, that
fits my qualification. this is one of my experience at a prestigeous
college in Silicon city Bangalore, Karnataka.
The college invited me by getting impressed of my resume and my
qualifications and also took my interview. they also made me to give
my demo class. but, the opinions i got after the class was really
disgusting. all the faculty people and the principle, who appreciated
my language, speaking style, lecturing method, everything... just
rejected me by telling that, they can't take me, as i am a visually
handicapped and also told that, a visually handicapped person cannot
handle the class by controlling the students, who are mischieveous...
if so, then what is the use and meaning of all the educational
qualifications earned by us? Is there no value for our hard work and
education, that were earned by spending years together???
