Is there no value for our hard work and education, that were earned by spending years together???" you have to ask, if they are going to readily decide that VI teachers cannot handle the class, what is the sense in taking your interview and demo class? are they perfectly managing their classes? ask them to sit in my class as students. I am working as teacher in the nearby city of Tumkur from past 3 and odd years. or else, some of VI teachers are successfully working in Bangalore from past several years. ask them to become their students. I tell "as students" because, they aught to learn many things in controlling the class etc. in the field of education as well as society. don't get disturbed or distressed due to their attitudes. we have to face lot many such obstacles in the journey of life. certainly your education and knowledge will come to your rescue. wishing you all the best.
