yes it is true Ms.Pallavi, I too belong to Karnataka, and had finished
PG in Sociology from Kuvempu University in 1999 but the attitude of
politicians & University Staff I was forced to leave Karnataka in
search of Job, for the past 14 years I am staying in Delhi working in
central government as clerical job, what I think is bangalore is most
developed city but in case of Visually Impaired persons it is the most
backward city & karnataka is very least developed state for blinds.
