yes avinash. everybody want unity. anger and criticism is coming only due to some pushing this bill for ordinance. first of all, we should make all disability people understand that this bill is benificial to nobody including mentally challenged who are newly included. everybody should understand this. let them reply what those group get benifits if they get country wide accepted disability certificate then getting no job since, companies always can find some reason or another to exclude them from all kinds of job?
