Dear Ishita I am responding to your mail on this thread. I am unsure, if you have read my comments in the earlier thread. We are looking this in a broader issue and plane. The ramification is going to be far fetched and it will not be possible to take this up time and again.
Let us understand why malpractise cannot be curbed by stricter vigilance as you state? According to you what is the way out? How do you deal in a subject like accountancy where the scribe does not understand how posting should be made? Let us come out with workable solutions. Subject: [AI] Scribe guidelines All I am continueing the thread of writer guidelines on a new thread as it was causing difficulty because of size issues as a result some posts were not reaching the list immediately. One more significant issue which I missed out in my previous mail, is that in the instance of UPSC exams, there is one more level that of interview even if one consider for arguement sake, there is some foul doing as a result of scribe, UPSC can deal with it in the interview round. The capability of the candidate can be determined at this stage. Therefore, UPSC folks should not bother to change the general scribe guidelines.
