That's why UPSC is focusing on some limited qualification of the
scribe. If there is no qualification capping, somebody could bring
some coaching master who is no more eligible to appear in the UPSC
examination and can not qualify!!
He can certainly help in one or two paper where one can get higher
marks.  See, Iam not against the facilities of the scribe, but we must
demand what we can get from those sarkari officers.
