Basically the only reason you should get this error is the plugin
is inactive for some reason. Unfortunately I don't remember the
exact reasons why that would happen, and even more unfortunately
for you I can't really do much for 3.01b7.
I really recommend you upgrade to v4 as soon as is practicable, I
can give you much better support for that.
