There used to be explicit support for IIS in 4D when the
webserver functionality was initially introduced, or a bit
later, at least on version 6.7. 

I found this Tip in the KnowledgeBase, so I'd suggest you
look further into this to find your answer. Perhaps there
is an updated version.

I'd also search for "IIS" in the KnowledgeBase, though most
of the hits seem to be restricted to Partners only.
