I think this came up here before. Apologies for asking, but I can't find
this in the archives...
I need to test how something will run on a dial-up connection. I don't
have access to a dial-up account (or an analog phone jack) where I'm
currently working. Do I recall someone mention some software that could
be used to downgrade a broadband connection to dial-up speeds?
