Russ, I would love to make it commercially available or even just share it around, but unfortunately the bank owns it, as it was developed on company time and they have an intellectual property contract.
If I knew just how useful it was going to be I most certainly wouldn't have developed it for the bank, but that's the benefit of hindsight. Having said all that.. if someone is ambitious enough to start a similar project I would be more than happy to contribute with code samples and conceptual tips.
