One of my clients has it loaded on about 90,000 devices. They have the whole process of loading it automated ... Loading agents by hand is silly in anything but the smallest cases. I believe you can even assign the SMS3 agent by group policy. I'm not real familiar with the product so I'm not the best to ask about actually using it, but from what I've seen its incredibly powerful if used correctly.
