Copy that on SMS2003 - we rolled it out last year and it spanks all over
v2.0

Also agreed that it is only as good as the effort you put in, and that
said we put in a bit and were able to remotely manage/report on all our
clients at the drop of a hat (once the client was rolled out, which in
itself was pretty straight forward.

That said, a "public domain/creative commons licence" tool that was
developed by and with contributions from this list would be pretty
killer over time...
