Sandeep, Eclipse http://www.eclipse.org/ and E-P-I-C Perl plugin will get you what you need. I have used Eclipse for about 3 years now...it is an excellent product and the libraries of plugins that are available is astounding. Also, I think the E-P-I-C plugin now has an integrated debugger, but I've never used it...
