To address column ordering:

This was changed to column 'weight'.  I threw in the following at the
end of def columns=(val) in lib/config/core.rb

val.each_with_index { |c, i| @columns[c.to_sym].weight = i }

This recreates the prior behavior of being able to specify column
ordering via config.columns = [ :one, :two, :three, :four ]
