Hi Nicole,

We require employees to submit for expense reimbursement within 10 days of the 
incurring the expense; it is not stated anywhere that we will not reimburse 
after the 10 days. As far as I know there have not been many issues, and any 
that have come up are taken on a case-by-case basis.
