Hi, John, I am fairly certain that, with few exceptions, Cornell does not grant administrative computer access to employees. In addition, staff computers are "locked down," so no application can be downloaded or upgraded without central IT authorization through a central "software update center." Updates are pushed out from our central IT service group.
