Hi John, Your question covers a number of different policies related to IT resources and how employees use and deploy such resources. I'd suggest you go scan through the IT policy section of Indiana University (http://policies.iu.edu/policies/categories/information-it/index.shtml) and note particularly policies IT-01, IT-03, IT-12 and IT-19. Of course, all of the policies are important but these four establish and support the strong IT policy infrastructure in place here at the university.
