Hi Sheryl and all,
Besides the announcement in the University's weekly e-letter (called the
Brief), I write a quarterly newsletter that provides more information about
the new or revised policies. This newsletter contains the content from the
most recent quarterly meeting of the President's Policy Committee. I have
it posted on the policy library home page, but we also "push" it out to
1100 subscribers. Some of the individuals who receive it do so by virtue
of their jobs (such as the deans). Approximately 1/2 of the 1100 have the
option to "opt out", but rarely do unless they leave the University.

I have not yet won the battle to be able to push the newsletter out to the
full University community. There's a lot of sensitivity around
administrative full system blasts. But, I have not given up either!!
