VCU covers through our *Solicitation
<http://policy.vcu.edu/sites/default/files/Solicitation.pdf>* Policy - yes,
this includes selling things, like Girl Scout Cookies for example.
In reality, we do permit, non intrusive posting of order forms in neutral
break room type areas if people would like to purchase those items without
the pressures of a conversation or direct ask. This also applies to any
"Raise awareness by wearing jeans" type of days too - unless the University
is formally sponsoring the activity (which is covered by the Outgoing
Sponsorships, Advertising and Endorsements
<http://policy.vcu.edu/sites/default/files/Outgoing%20Sponsorships%2C%20Advertising%20and%20Endorsement.pdf>
policy) it would fall under the *Solicitation
<http://policy.vcu.edu/sites/default/files/Solicitation.pdf> *Policy.
