Hi everyone, We allow people to opt in to a listserv as well, but need to find a better way to invite people to join. Right now, they are typically referred by someone who already receives the Policy Newsletter. We do announce policies undergoing 30-day review in the weekly University newsletter, but once that announcement is in, we are currently not permitted to place another announcement in the same newsletter saying that the policies are live. We do have several ways that community members can easily see this information on our front page. For example, we have a big section called "Recently Updated Policies". The information remains here for 90 days before rolling off. The individual, however, has to take the step to look on the website.
