Hi Shanea,

At RIT, we have what we informally refer to as our policy on policies -
officially, it is called Development, Review, Approval, and Promulgation of
University-Level
Policies<http://www.rit.edu/academicaffairs/policiesmanual/b050>. It requires
us to review our policies on a five-year cycle. We don't have a specific
entity tasked with identifying policy gaps although our legal and compliance
departments keep us on task for meeting those types of requirements.

Subject: [acupa-l] Policy Process and Review

Hello! I've just joined the group on behalf of Gonzaga University and I'm
looking forward to collective insight on so many aspects of policy!

Initially, I would love to have samples of a review process and a schedule for
existing policies. A second question for the group would be if you have a
specific entity on campus that is tasked with identifying policy gaps (either
vulnerability or cultural).

Thank you for your consideration!
