Hi Shanea,

Welcome to ACUPA!

For Indiana University, I suggest you go here for an overview of the policy
process: http://policies.iu.edu/development/approval-process.shtml and then
click on the hyperlink in the first sentence which references policy UA-08
"Establishing University Policies"
to get a comprehensive perspective of how policies are established here.

Within policy UA-08, in the Policy Statement section, scroll down to item 9 to
read the timeframe for when policy review is to occur.

Best,
T. Michael Ford

Subject: [acupa-l] Policy Process and Review

Hello! I've just joined the group on behalf of Gonzaga University and I'm
looking forward to collective insight on so many aspects of policy!

Initially, I would love to have samples of a review process and a schedule for
existing policies. A second question for the group would be if you have a
specific entity on campus that is tasked with identifying policy gaps (either
vulnerability or cultural).

Thank you for your consideration!
