The Compliance Office is responsible for maintaining the policy and procedure library; however, the Compliance Office works in conjunction with the various policy owners/departments with responsibility for policy content and oversight. 2 Do you use a policy management software? If yes, which one? The policy and procedure library is maintained using SharePoint. 3 How many FTE’s are dedicated to policy management? 1 FTE (two employees at .50) 4 Are these FTE’s specifically a policy management position or is it part of another position?
