I usually export the movie to a finished avi file and then use MainConcept Encorder (if you have premiere, you can get Encoder for I think - $79) it does a great job as well, this program and Canopus' ProCoder are much prefered than what I would do directly from Premiere.
Or, let Encore does the encoding for you, Adobe Encore also does a remarkable job with encoding. Johnny K.
