I usually export the movie to a finished avi file and then use
MainConcept Encorder (if you have premiere, you can get Encoder for I
think - $79) it does a great job as well, this program and Canopus'
ProCoder are much prefered than what I would do directly from Premiere.

Or, let Encore does the encoding for you, Adobe Encore also does a
remarkable job with encoding.

Hi,

I have been getting very poor result from the "export to DVD" fonction
of Premiere Pro. I have chosen what seems to be the highest settings
7Mb and 2 pass. But it still looks blocky on the TV screen when
rapid
movement of the camera. Any suggestions? Thanks!
