Hi Rieni.

I wasn't aware of sunhoods. Just goes to show how useless one of the major 
suppliers of camera equipment is in the UK. I asked about such a device, soon 
after I got the camera and was told that none existed!!

I'm grateful to you. I've Googled for "sunhood" and found what I think I need.
