In XP and 7, go to the System Restore configuration and in each OS *disable* 
System Restore for the drive the other version of Windows is on.

XP is known to corrupt System Restore points of Vista and 7 installed on the 
same PC in a multi-boot setup. (Something we're not likely to see a fix for 
from Microsoft.)

You can also use a bit of a brute force method to block chkdsk from running 
automatically on specific drives using CHKNTFS.EXE Google that for directions. 
That way you can make 7 never do chkdsk on XP's drive and XP never do chkdsk on 
7's drive.

What's the problem with the camera? Microsoft's Windows 7 Compatibility site 
says the Flip Ultra HD is supported by 32 and 64 bit Windows 7.
