Any of you can become a > transmitter shakti by doing some pranayama practices for some time. > But this is not self-realization. agree, my own experience is that one not necessarrily be enlightened to have shakti, nevertheless I believe that the shakti vibration comes from the Self, and that it is usually not available to the average person, and one must be spiritually evolved to a certain point in order to generate it on their own, I believe that this vabration also plays a key part in dissolving the samskaras (impressions) in the psychic body-mind, allowing the full flow of the radiance of the Self I don't know if shakti can be learned/practiced, like a siddhi mine was implanted by David, for the most part however, relaxing the mind definitely gets it flowing
